Standard cancellation policy : Balance 14 days before cancellation (Balance)

Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled up to 14 days before check-in

• If the guest cancels the reservation within 14 days of the check-in date, they can receive a full refund including fees.
• If the guest cancels between 7-14 days before check-in but the 24-hour free cancellation period has passed, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the accommodation fee paid to the host will be deducted and refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled after that, the host will receive 100% of the accommodation fee for the days stayed plus one additional night, and 50% of the accommodation fee for the remaining nights.
• Service fees are non-refundable on or after check-in.
