To create a comfortable space for everyone who uses our accommodation, please carefully check the instructions below :) - Please lock the door and turn off the lights, air conditioner, and boiler when checking out or going out. - Food and drinks may only be consumed at shared tables. Eating on the bed is not allowed. - You are responsible for compensation for loss or damage to indoor facilities, so please use it as if it were your own home. - Entry by anyone other than those reserved is prohibited. - Food with a strong odor cannot be cooked. (Steak, pork belly, fish, fried food, spicy fish stew, skate, etc.) - Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Please be sure to follow the rules (including electronic cigarettes) - This is an accommodation that prohibits parties (excessive drinking, loud noises) until late at night due to complaints. - Minors cannot enter without an adult, and if caught, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund. - Pets are not allowed in the room.

Hello ~ This is Mipo Blues ♡ Our accommodation is within a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach, and the Dalmaji Road, which was selected as the most beautiful driving road in Korea, and the gorgeous LCT Tower are in front of the accommodation, so I can say that it is the best place for sightseeing ♡ Although it is a tourist destination, it is a resident. Because this is where they live, if you wake up early in the morning and go to Mipo Port, a 5-minute walk away, you can feel the atmosphere of the locals in a small fishing village selling the fish they actually caught. It's a place where glamor and simplicity coexist ^^ Also, convenience facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and large laundries are nearby, so it will be comfortable to live in. :) Sometimes, sitting on the sofa and staring blankly at the sea can never be this comfortable. ^^ Our accommodation I recommend that you come and experience these feelings :) If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message ♡ (Discounts for long or multiple stays are available) We will kindly guide you :)
