* Check-in/check-out - Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Please contact the host for early check-in and late check-out :) * Parking - Parking in front of the accommodation is difficult. You must use a nearby paid parking lot. * Smoking - Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed in the accommodation. * Cooking - The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, a microwave, a coffee pot, and a gas stove. Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors, fish, or meat. * No parties and loud noise - located in a quiet space! To ensure a comfortable stay, please be careful of noise after 10 PM. * Outsiders other than the number of reservations - Outsiders other than the number of reservations are not permitted to enter. If caught, you will be kicked out without a refund. * Pets - Due to the security of the accommodation, dogs and cats are not permitted to enter. * Washing and drying - Please inform the host if you wish to use it. A fee of 1,000 won will be charged per time :) * Other and precautions - Please place food waste in the prepared food bag and wash the dishes and place them on the dish drying rack. - Sort general waste into the trash can, plastic/cans/paper, etc. and place it next to the trash can :) *Important* - Please use the facilities in the accommodation with caution. - Face-to-face check-in is conducted from 3 PM to 8 PM, but check-in is conducted non-face-to-face at other times. If you let us know your arrival time, we will send you a detailed message regarding non-face-to-face check-in.

It is located a 5-minute walk from Exit 9 of Hongik University Station and 1 minute from Red Road. Daiso, a large supermarket, and great cafes and restaurants are located 1 minute away, making it the best location to enjoy Hongdae. Nevertheless, once you enter the accommodation, it is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. All linens, including mattress sheets, are newly laid and disinfected every time, so you can stay safe and clean. We provide free wifi, a simple breakfast, and one towel per person for free. [Public space] *The shared bathroom has several compartments, a shower room with a locking device, and a toilet equipped with a shower for convenient use. *The kitchen is equipped with cutlery such as cups, bowls, and forks, as well as various pots and cooking utensils. *The spacious living room has a table and several sofas.
