Description

My house is a seaside villa on the western coastal road of Jeju Island.
You can enjoy the sunset that turns the blue sea red from my living room and room 365 days a year.
It is not a house with a distant sea view, but a house where the sea is literally 'right in front of my nose'.
When you lie down on the living room hammock and turn your head, the sea comes into view refreshingly.
The angle is also excellent, so you can see Biyangdo island, which is called 'Jeju in miniature', beautifully.
If you go out to the terrace, you can hear the sound of waves, the breathing sounds of female divers, and the sounds of 'sumbisory', and if you go out to the sea garden right in front of my house, you can dig for sea shells, go fishing, and snorkel.
Hallim is a fairly large town with many convenient facilities such as large marts, hospitals, elementary, middle, and high schools, and traditional markets.
However, it still retains the typical fishing village scenery of Jeju Island.
The Hallim Port is nearby, so the lively energy and beautiful night view are bonuses!
This is the end of the romance of living in Jeju, guaranteeing a full stay-at-home life whether it is day or night, sunny or rainy.

House Rule

* We do not charge a separate cleaning fee when bringing a pet. Therefore, please show manners by checking in after basic cleaning. We politely decline guests with bad manners who leave the bedding covered in fur.
* Please refrain from smoking or making excessive noise inside the accommodation.
* It is a 4th floor without an elevator. It may be a little difficult on the check-in and check-out days.
* Although the attic has floor heating and air conditioning, it is a little hotter or colder in midsummer and midwinter. We recommend that you take that into account and use it as a guest room for visitors who stay for a few days.
* Please make sure to lower the blinds when using the attic at night.
* Electricity, gas, and water bills will be settled based on the amount used. The settlement statement will be sent within 2 days after check-out.

  • If the guest cancels the reservation at least 30 days before check-in, they can receive a full refund, including any fees.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 7 days before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
