Busan Vacance Stay is located in Seodaesin-dong, one of my favorite neighborhoods where I was born and raised.
This charming area is filled with a cozy, local atmosphere that only Busan natives truly know.
The accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area,
surrounded by various local restaurants, cafes, and convenient facilities.
You can enjoy Netflix and YouTube on a high-definition 120-inch projector with cinematic sound,
making it perfect for gatherings.
Our location offers easy access to major tourist attractions, train stations, and the airport,
while also providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.

While it’s perfect for short 1-2 day trips, we highly recommend it for 3-7 day vacations, 2-3 week stays, or even longer one-month residencies.

❣️ The living room offers a cinema-like experience with a high-quality projector and immersive sound, and you can also watch Netflix and YouTube in the bedroom.
❣️ With an Illy coffee machine and toaster, you can enjoy a quick yet delicious breakfast or brunch, even on busy mornings.
❣️ Cleanliness is our top priority. All bedding is washed and dried daily, and the entire accommodation is kept tidy and well-maintained.
✅ Important Notes for Guests
• Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors such as spicy food or grilled meat.
• This is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking in the room or shared stairwell will result in a KRW 300,000 fine.
• Since the accommodation is in a quiet residential area, please avoid making noise late at night.
• The washing machine and dryer are reserved for operational use and long-term guests staying over 7 days. There is a 24-hour coin laundry 10 seconds away on foot.
• The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

• Parking is not available on-site.
• There is a paid parking lot a 5-minute walk away ➡️ KRW 10,000 per day (3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day), with unlimited entry and exit.
• Numerous other paid parking lots are available within a 2-5 minute walking distance.
