surrounded by various local restaurants, cafes, and convenient facilities.

Important Notes for Guests
โข Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors such as spicy food or grilled meat.
โข This is a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking in the room or shared stairwell will result in a KRW 300,000 fine.
โข Since the accommodation is in a quiet residential area, please avoid making noise late at night.
โข The washing machine and dryer are reserved for operational use and long-term guests staying over 7 days. There is a 24-hour coin laundry 10 seconds away on foot.
โข The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

โข There is a paid parking lot a 5-minute walk away โก๏ธ KRW 10,000 per day (3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day), with unlimited entry and exit.
