Short-term lease near Incheon City Hall in Guwol-dong
This space is for short-term rentals, and overnight stays are not allowed. We only accept reservations for at least 29 nights. We are also writing a "short-term rental agreement" at the time of admission, which is why we have a one-time meeting with the host.
This house is where I actually lived and is still used as my studio. Therefore, it's a space that smells like a person with a lot of things and tastes, rather than other spaces where only things are needed for lodging are placed.
The owner also loved vintage, so he filled the house with vintage furniture and accessories from all over the world. Please feel free like visiting friend's house.
It is a 10-minute walk from Rodeo Street in Guwol-dong and is a quiet residential area. Therefore, it is recommended when we want to avoid noisy places and keep quiet among ourselves. It is located near Incheon City Hall, so it is good for a walk and there are many famous restaurants.
For the beam project, Netflix/Watcha/Wave/TVing/YouTube and more (Guestid) CD players/books are available. There are also various board games. Enjoy your time here.

It's not a property, it's a rental space. You can write a simple contract for your stay.
Due to the nature of the rental, manicures (towel/tissue/toothpaste/toothpaste, etc.) and bedding (blankets, pillows, etc.) are not provided. You must bring your own bedding and toiletries. Please understand.
The maintenance fee is 100,000 won per month. (Charged as a consumer item) This amount reflects expenses such as water, gas, electricity, internet, housing management, and expenses. However, if the cost of gas in winter and electricity in summer is too high, additional charges may be incurred.
No more than five people are receiving it due to noise problems.
Events that are large or noisy, such as parties, bridal showers, and video shoots, are not possible.
Parking is free of charge. If you need parking, be sure to tell me in advance.
Please use the nearby coin laundry (walk 2 minutes) for laundry.
