House Rule
* Non-face-to-face check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 11 AM Please be punctual, and please consult with the host for early check-in and late check-out. * Please take off your shoes in the accommodation. * This is a residential area where local residents live. As it is an urban space, please be mindful of noise when entering and leaving, and especially after 10 PM, please be absolutely quiet. (No parties!) * Cooking of meat, seafood, etc. with a strong smell is not allowed indoors (the smell lingers in the room and interferes with the subsequent stay). It does not go away well even with ventilation, and it may be unpleasant while sleeping, and the next guests will feel uncomfortable. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for violating the prohibition, so please be sure to comply. * Please wash the dishes and clean up after use yourself :) * Damage to utensils and dishes / Clogging of the sink drain and toilet due to throwing away tissues, wet tissues, food, and cigarette butts / Smoking indoors (including electronic cigarettes) / Breakage and damage to tiles / Contamination of bedding and rugs / Excessive use of electricity and water We inform you that all damage costs arising from the above will be charged in full to the guest. (This includes contamination caused by splashing of soup-type food or drinks such as wine and coffee.) Please use it cleanly.
