The space is thoroughly cleaned — please use the indoor slippers provided.

▶Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM :
Kindly keep the noise down to respect our neighbors.

▶Smoking is strictly prohibited :
A cleaning fee of USD 200 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.

▶Throw toilet paper, wet wipes, and sanitary products into the trash bin :
The water pressure is low, so flushing items like wet wipes or sanitary products may cause the toilet to clog.

▶Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving :
It helps prevent potential fire harzardous

▶YouTube Premium is supported, but for other OTT services, please use your personal accounts.

▶Up to 3 guests: 1 room will be provided, 4 or more guests: 2 rooms will be provided.
