Special place and easy to find
Quiet area, great place to get to the city centre, large space for family.
I was initially uncertain about traveling due to the typhoon, but the moment I saw this house, I decided to book it anyway. Upon arrival, I could feel how clean the space was the moment I walked in, and it's decorated so thoughtfully! The location is great too—it's in a residential area with a small uphill section, and the homestay is very close to Myeongdong, making shopping super convenient! Thank you to the host; this was a wonderful Seoul trip! ?
It was a delightful stay.
Well-located accommodation, close to shops and public transportation. Very calm and clean environment.
A good iron should be added. The one provided is not practical for a family. The small outdoor garden of the apartment needs better maintenance.

1) No smoking
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the accommodation. (including electronic cigarettes)
2) Be careful when using the sink
Please do not throw away oil (waste cooking oil), food residue, or soup in the sink.
Wipe the oil with a kitchen towel and dispose of it as regular waste.
3) Be careful when using the toilet (important)
- Please do not put anything in the toilet paper, wet tissues, sanitary pads, etc.
- To prevent toilet clogging, dispose of toilet paper in the trash can provided next to the toilet.
4) Separate waste discharge (3 categories)
Simply separate waste into regular/recycled/food.
For food waste, please use the provided food waste bags.
You can put the separated trash in the trash can inside the entrance (which is covered with an envelope).
(The final discharge is carried out by the cleaning personnel.)
5) Wear indoor slippers
Please wear the slippers provided indoors. (for floor protection purposes)
6) Quiet time (residential area)
The property is located in a residential area.
Please use it quietly after 10pm. (no parties)
7) Limit odor-strong cooking
Avoid strong-smelling dishes that are difficult to ventilate (grilling fish/meat, frying, etc.).
If cooking is unavoidable, ventilation is required.
8) Fire protection
The use of candles/incense/flames is prohibited.
Please do not leave your seat while cooking. Please check the gas/induction power OFF after use.
9) Organize when leaving the room (check-out is basic)
Simply wash the dishes you used and then clean them up.
Before going out/exiting, please check heating, cooling, lighting, and locking (locking).
10) Winter heating information
When going out for a long time in winter, set the boiler to *‘going out mode’.
(for heating efficiency and frost prevention purposes)
11) Information on facility protection and compensation for damages
Damage to dishes, bedding (futon/curtain/cafe) and wallpaper, furniture, etc./in case of severe contamination,
Repair, laundry and replacement costs may be charged.
These costs may be handled in accordance with the platform's damage/warranty procedures.

1) No Smoking
No smoking inside the house (including e-cigarettes).
2) Kitchen Sink Rules
Please do not pour oil, food scraps, or soup/broth into the sink.
Wipe oil with paper towels and dispose of it in the general trash.
3) Toilet Rules (Important)
Please do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products, or anything else.
To prevent logging, put toilet paper in the trash bin next to the toilet.
4) Trash Disposal (3 Categories)
Please separate trash into General / Recycling / Food waste.
Use the food waste bags provided for food waste.
Put sorted trash into the designed trash bin inside the entrance (with a bag).
(Final disposition is handled by our cleaning staff.)
5) Indoor Slippers
Please wear the indoor slippers provided inside the house (to protect the floors).
6) Quiet Hours (Residential Area)
The house is located in a residential neighborhood.
Please keep noise low after 10:00 PM. No parties.
7) Cooking (Strong Smells)
Please avoid cooking foods with strong smells (e.g., grilling fish/meat, deep-frying).
If you do cook, ventilation is required (open windows/use the fan).
8) Fire Safety
No candles, incense, or open flags.
Do not leave cooking unattended. After use,please make sure the stove/induction is OFF.
9) Before Check-out (Basic)
Please wash used dishes briefly and tidy up.
Before leaving, turn OFF the heating/AC and lights, and lock the door.
10) Winter Heating (When Going Out)
In winter, if you will be out for a long time, please set the boiler to “Away” mode.
11) Damage & Stains
If there is any damage or heavy staining (dishes, wedding/curtains/carpet, wallpaper, furniture, etc.),
repair/cleaning/replacement fees may apply.
Any charges will be handled according to the platform's damage/deposit policy.
This stay allows up to 6 guests (infants not included). Pets are not allowed.
