•During noise restriction hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM), if noise complaints from neighboring units occur, you must vacate, and no refund will be provided for your stay.

•All indoor smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited. Penalties apply if smoking traces are found.

•If additional guests beyond the reserved number are found to have checked in, a penalty (KRW 50,000/person) will be charged.

•Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

•In case of damage or deterioration of furniture/appliances/fixtures inside the accommodation, or if bedding/towels/sofas become irreparably soiled or contaminated, compensation will be claimed.
