The homestay is very clean and beautiful, with a spacious common area. Both Yongtan Station and Tapshiri Station are accessible, with similar walking times from either station to the homestay. It's very convenient to go shopping in Sungsu, just one station away. The host is very nice and responds quickly!! However, the air conditioning in the smaller room is a bit noisy when turned on, but fortunately the weather isn't hot now so it's fine without it.

Everything was great except for the location being a bit remote. Honestly, at this price during Chuseok, the location didn't really matter. The host responded to inquiries quickly, and most importantly, the accommodation was much more spacious than the photos showed. I'm originally from Seoul, and I booked with some hesitation when my family came up to visit, but it turned out to be perfect. The fridge, cups, and water purifier were all there as expected. The towels were a bit insufficient for a 2-night stay, but the washing machine came with detergent and fabric softener, so I did laundry. It was a washer-dryer combo too. It was really great. I'm not sure about foreign guests, but I think Koreans who are good at finding their way will be 100% satisfied.

Clean! The bed is very comfortable. The unit is on the 3rd floor so there are some stairs to climb with luggage. The door lock is keypad-operated and I didn't know how to use it, so I asked the host. The host responded very promptly. It's about 800+ meters walking from Tapshimni Station subway exit. There are convenience stores, snack shops, and Korean BBQ restaurants nearby that are open in the evening, making it very convenient.

Wow… this place was so big and spacious! The best stay i’ve had!! The living room is huge and there are 2 rooms with 2 beds each AND 2 bathrooms… which is something i haven’t had in a while using 숙소! Very close to the station maybe 5 minute walk tops! If you walk a little past the station there’s a nice walking area with a trail, river and parks~ The surrounding area is peaceful but also has a lot to do, restaurants, karaoke, cafes, etc. The place was very clean and the host was accommodating (let us store our luggage outside early and put it inside for us!) It was only me and another friend, but definitely 4 people (even more) can fit here comfortably! Everything was very clean and beautiful~!
