Welcome to Shinpung Stay! To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and safe rest, please strictly adhere to the following usage rules.

🏡 Basic Guidelines
✔️ No indoor shoes: Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering. Failure to comply may result in special cleaning charges.
✔️ Pest control and insect prevention notice: We conduct regular pest control through professional services and use AI monitoring devices to prevent insect intrusion. However, due to the nature-friendly outdoor environment with trees and landscaping in the yard, mosquitoes and insects may enter. Please keep the front door and screens closed. (Refund requests due to insect intrusion are absolutely not possible.)
✔️ Security camera operation: A total of 6 outdoor CCTV cameras operate 24/7 for the safety of the entire building and asset protection. Unauthorized cutting or damage to power lines will result in repair charges.
✔️ Early check-in / Late check-out: An additional fee of 20,000 won per hour applies. Availability depends on the next reservation, so please inquire in advance.
✔️ Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out: A separate guest luggage storage warehouse is provided free of charge. Free usage time is 5 hours; after 5 hours, a rental fee of 10,000 won per hour applies.
✔️ Fireplace gazing in the outdoor terrace zone may not be available for safety reasons.

🔊 Prohibited Items (Violations subject to charges and eviction)
❌ Absolute no smoking indoors and outdoors: The entire area inside and outside the accommodation (including the entrance vestibule) is strictly non-smoking. (Including e-cigarettes; if smoking traces or smell remain, special deodorization and cleaning charges of 300,000 won will be applied. / Smoking is permitted on the road outside the main gate.)
❌ No pets allowed: Pets are not permitted. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a charge of 200,000 won.
❌ No loud noise or excessive noise: As this is a quiet residential area, please be considerate of neighbors after 10 PM. Severe noise may result in eviction without warning.
Especially in the outdoor terrace area, only quiet conversation is permitted both day and night. 🙏
❌ No unaccompanied minors: Unaccompanied minors without a guardian are absolutely not permitted for safety reasons.
❌ No strong-smelling cooking: For the cleanliness of the accommodation and the next guests, cooking with strong lingering odors (grilled fish, grilled pork belly, etc.) is restricted. We appreciate your understanding. 🙏
❌ No entry of non-reserved guests: Even briefly visiting guests count as occupants.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter. If unauthorized additional occupants are detected, a charge of 60,000 won per person will be applied.
The 6 outdoor CCTV cameras currently in operation maintain building security and have the capability to monitor external visitor access.
If you have visiting guests or additional occupants, you must obtain prior approval from the host.
❌ Caution regarding bedding stains: Dyeing inside the accommodation is absolutely prohibited. If severe stains or damage that cannot be removed by regular washing occur, special cleaning fees or product replacement costs may be charged.
❌ Commercial photography prohibited: Commercial photography or videography without prior consultation is prohibited. If detected, a charge of 300,000 won will be applied.
❌ Absolutely no illegal activities: If illegal activities such as minors sharing rooms or prostitution are detected, the host will immediately report to the police. All responsibility for illegal activities lies entirely with the guest.

🛠️ Accommodation Item Usage and Damage Notice
We carefully maintain the accommodation so all guests can enjoy it in a manner befitting the premium concept. If any of the following occurs, charges will be applied according to regulations.

🛋️ Intentional or negligent damage to furniture and items in the accommodation
🔐 Unauthorized use or removal of items from host-only spaces (staff room) such as the supply room
🔌 Damage or malfunction caused by careless operation of appliances
