Ahaus is a boutique stay with German sensibility located in a quiet residential alley in Sinchon, and completed a full remodeling in 2025.

Based on hotel-level comfort, thorough cleanliness management, and practical yet refined space design, we provide warm hospitality operated directly by our family.

In the morning, enjoy freshly baked German-style homemade breakfast, and experience the comfortable atmosphere of staying at home. In the common areas, you may also meet our family's Maltese dog, 'Bonnie.'

The accommodation is surrounded by representative universities in Seoul such as Yonsei University, Sogang University, and Ewha Womans University, and you can conveniently access various cafes, restaurants, and cultural spaces.


# Accommodation Space
Ahaus is a newly remodeled boutique accommodation in 2025, offering private rooms that guarantee privacy.

The rooms consist of twin/double rooms of approximately 20㎡ and single rooms of approximately 10㎡, and all rooms are equipped with private bathrooms.

* Premium bedding
* Blackout curtains
* Underfloor heating
* Air conditioning and heating
* Spacious work desk
* Desk lamp
* Hair dryer
* Basic bathroom amenities

In particular, the twin and double rooms offer spacious and comfortable bathroom spaces compared to typical urban accommodations.

The entire accommodation is designed with comfort, functionality, and modern design in mind, and guests can freely use the spacious common kitchen and dining area of approximately 45㎡, laundry room, and relaxation spaces.

A smoking area is provided in the dedicated parking space outside the building.

All rooms are equipped with digital door locks, allowing for contactless self check-in, and you can freely and conveniently access the accommodation during your stay.

# Notes
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential alley, and there is a gentle uphill slope of approximately 30m near the entrance. Most guests use the accommodation without major inconvenience, but please note this if you have heavy luggage.

Like typical residential areas in Seoul, waste collection vehicles may pass by during early morning hours on certain days of the week.

Ahaus is located in a residential area in the heart of Sinchon, providing an overall quiet environment, but occasional residential noise may occur due to the nature of urban living areas.


# Pet-Friendly Accommodation
Ahaus welcomes well-behaved pets.

Our family also considers pets as family members, and our Maltese dog 'Bonnie' may be present in the common areas.
