• Bedrooms & Living: 2 cozy bedrooms (hotel-quality bedding for up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably), air conditioning and underfloor heating in each room
• Kitchen (Fully Remodeled): Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, direct water purifier, complimentary coffee mix and tea bags
• Bathroom & Laundry (Fully Remodeled): Generous towels (2 regular + 1 large per person), hair dryer and straightener provided, washer and dryer fully equipped

• Entry of visitors exceeding the reserved number of guests is strictly prohibited for safety and management purposes.
• Infants under 24 months do not incur additional fees, and children's dishes are thoughtfully provided.
• Recommended capacity is 2-6 guests.
To allow you to use the space comfortably, all rooms and beds are open for your free use regardless of the number of reserved guests.
• Please refrain from cooking with strong odors indoors out of consideration for the next guests.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood! Please observe quiet hours after 10:

🤫 Quiet Hours (9 PM ~ 7 AM)
• The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from loud noise, parties, and loud music after 10 PM 🚫
🚭 Absolutely No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and throughout the entire building (including e-cigarettes).
• If you must smoke, please do so in the alley outside the building where cars pass 🚬
Violations will result in special cleaning fees and may lead to restrictions on future Airbnb bookings.
♻️ Garbage Disposal and Recycling
• For a clean environment, please separate food waste, general trash, and recyclables (plastic/cans/bottles/paper) into the provided bins 🗑️
If you have a large amount of recyclables, please collect them next to the external recycling bins.
🍳 Limited Indoor Cooking
• Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors or smoke (grilled fish/meat, fried foods, etc.) for the next guests 🙅♀️
👥 Respect Booking Capacity
• Entry and overnight stays by unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
🧼 Facility Use and Checkout Guidelines
• Please turn off the air conditioner, heating, and lights when going out and when checking out 💡
• We would greatly appreciate it if you could wash the dishes you used before checkout 🍽️
• If any items are damaged or soiled, please notify the host immediately.
