The area is surrounded by Seoul's hottest spots including Hongdae Entrance Station, Yeonnam-dong, and Central Park, offering a variety of cafes and restaurants. Convenience stores and laundromats are located right in front of the house for your convenience.

There's a Gyeongui Line Railway Park nearby, which was great for taking walks, and the transportation was convenient.
Perfect location! Love the walkable road with greenery that provided shade and uninterrupted by cars. Very short walk to Shinchon station to go anywhere on Line 2.
Love the space! The communal spaces are nice, there were some electrical adapters provided, easy instructions to use the stove, powerful AC that cooled the room quickly.
When the water filler wasn’t working Corrie quickly came to fix it💖
The accommodation environment is very comfortable! We arrived quite early, and the host uncle was very kind and allowed us to check in early after cleaning. The room facilities are also very complete with hot water provided. Highly recommended for staying!
From booking to checkout, the kind host was the best! The room condition was exactly the same as in the photos, and there's a private bathroom. The shared kitchen in particular is very spacious and clean! Two of us stayed, but I think the price would be great even for three people~ The location is also close to the bustling area and bus stops. Next time I visit Hongdae with friends, I think I'll make this my top priority!

1. Do not make loud noises at night (after noon). This is the most important rule for other travelers and neighbors.
2. Never smoke indoors. If you want to smoke, go out to the rooftop on the 6th floor.
3. 'Unregistered guests' are not allowed to enter Corey House, including the common space inside the main entrance.
4. Pets are not allowed in Corey House.
