There are two persimmon trees in front of the accommodation, it is on flat ground, and located on the 1st floor of the building.

This accommodation is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful hosts Kiki and Kaka who are highly responsive, accommodating, and attentive to guest needs. The location is outstanding, situated directly near the vibrant Mangwon Market with abundant restaurants and food options, while remaining in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transportation, including nearby subway and bus stations within walking distance. The space is comfortable and fully equipped with quality furnishings including plush beds, complete kitchen facilities, essential amenities, and helpful touches like power adapters and complimentary water, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.
We had a great stay in Seoul! Everything went very well, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

What a wonderful house! The host was very warm and hospitable, leaving us with beautiful memories of our trip to Seoul.
Lovely space near mangwon market and tons of barbecue restaurants and cafes. It’s a peaceful spot and a great location for getting around Seoul - 12 min walk to the station. Kaki was very responsive and kind. For a group of 6, there is plenty of bed space, but other than that it might become a bit tight. The washing machine, fridge and microwave made things way more convenient. Would love to come back!
