일주일 한달살기 전문 숙소로 보증금이 있으며, 보증금은 별도로 입금해 주셔야 하시며, 퇴실 이후 1~2일안에 반환해 드립니다.

공과금은 별도이시며, 보증금에서 차감됩니다
공과금은 전기, 수도, lpg가스 검침하여 진행 됩니다

야외 자쿠지 수영장 이용료는 별도로 없으시며, 수도와 보일러 공과금에서 차감 되십니다.

Jeju modo

We use the entire 30 pyeong detached accommodation with an outdoor Jacuzzi located on the Pyoseon of Jeju Island (1st and 2nd floors)

Pyoseon Beach, downtown, Hanaro Mart for 10 minutes, Shineville Golf Course for 1 minute, Jeju Airport for 40 minutes, Seongsan Ilchulbong for 25 minutes

Nearby tourist attractions include Jeju Folk Village, Jeju Herb Garden, and Gasiri canola flower road Oreum

All three rooms have bathrooms, and the second floor has a separate living room, bedroom, and refrigerator, so two teams can use them independently

There is a deposit as a specialized accommodation for a month, and you have to deposit the deposit separately, and we will return it within 1 to 2 days after check-out.

The utility bill is separate and will be deducted from the deposit

The utility bills are carried out by measuring electricity, water, and lpg gas

There is no additional fee for using the outdoor Jacuzzi swimming pool, and it will be deducted from the water and boiler utility bills.
