안녕하세요 랑하우스 입니다 :)
여행자들을 위해서 깨끗함과 편안함을 취우선으로 운영하고있습니다.
여행에 필요한 물품들을 구비하여 최대한 가벼운 짐만 가지고 와서 편안하게 머무실 수있도록 준비 하였습니다
모든 침구류와 수건은 매일 세탁하고 방역업체를 통해 주기적으로 방역하고 있습니다.
지하철 광안역 1번 출구에서 도보 5분거리에 위치해 있으며 광안리해수욕장과도 5분거리 이기때문에 접근성이 아주 용이 합니다.
해수욕장을 이용 하지 않으셔도 지하철과 가까워 부산의 여러 관광지를 다니시는데 불편함이 없으실 꺼예요.
랑하우스에서 머무르시며 부산에서 좋은 추억을 쌓으고 쾌적한 여행이 되시길 바랍니다.
본 숙소는 정식 허가된 곳으로
내국인 합법숙받은 위홈에서만 가능합니다 :)
주방겸 거실과 두개의 룸이 있으며
각 룸에는 퀸사이즈 침대가 준비되어있습니다 :)
* 2명 예약의 경우 침대 1개 사용이 원칙이며
3-4인 예약시 침대 2개를 오픈합니다.
*주차는 불가합니다. 인근 유료 주차장을 이용해주세요.
*숙소 내에서는 흡연이 금지되어 있습니다.
흡연시 청소비 20만원 및 다음 게스트 취소 숙박료 까지 청구합니다.
*미성년자 및 반려동물 동반 숙박은 허용되지 않습니다.
*염색은 불가하며, 실내에서는 신발(실외화, 용식화 모두 포함)을 신지 말아주세요.(청소비 10만원 부과.)
*주기적 방역을 하고 있으나 주택 특성상 벌레가 들어올 수 있습니다. 쾌적한 휴식을 위해 벌레가 들어오지 않도록 문을 꼭 닫아주세요.
*소음으로 인한 주변민원시 즉각 퇴실되며, 비용환불 없사오니 이점 양해 부탁드립니다.

House Rule
There are two rooms and a kitchen/living room, and each room has a queen-size bed :) * For 2 people, 1 bed is used in principle, and for 3-4 people, 2 beds are opened. * Parking is not available. Please use a nearby paid parking lot. * Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If you smoke, a cleaning fee of 200,000 won and the cancellation fee of the next guest will be charged. * Minors and pets are not allowed to stay. * Dyeing is not allowed, and please do not wear shoes (including outdoor shoes and indoor shoes) indoors. (A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged.) * We do periodic disinfection, but bugs may enter due to the nature of the house. For a pleasant rest, please keep the door closed to prevent bugs from entering. * In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise, you will be asked to vacate immediately and there will be no refund, so please understand.
