- Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors. Violation of this rule will result in a charge for specialized cleaning fees and the next day's accommodation costs.

- If any furniture, bedding, or items in the accommodation are severely stained, damaged, or lost, a compensation fee will be charged.

- The accommodation is located in a residential area with close neighbors. Please be considerate and avoid making noise after 10 PM. If a noise complaint is filed, immediate eviction will be enforced without a refund, so please keep noise levels down.

- Unauthorized guests not previously agreed upon are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund.

- Please make sure to turn off all electronic devices such as air conditioners, boilers, hairdryers, and gas stoves when leaving the accommodation or checking out.

- Please separate and dispose of trash in the provided recycling bins.

- There is no designated parking space available. Please visit on foot or use nearby paid parking facilities.
