We used this place as a meeting venue for a youth group MT. I was worried whether we could have meals and run programs with so many people, but the spacious living room and large table were perfect for eating boxed lunches and dividing into groups.
We were able to play prepared videos on the large TV, and after everyone filled out activity sheets together, we comfortably had time for small group discussions. It was also convenient to rest after finishing the program. Since we could hold both accommodation and events all in one place, I recommend this as a venue for small group MT gatherings!
Six close friends booked this place to get together after a long time. The karaoke machine and microphone were great, so after eating pizza, we took turns singing and had so much fun until dawn haha
What I liked most was that unlike hourly party rooms, we didn't have to rush to leave and could play as much as we wanted and then sleep right away. The next morning, we leisurely wrapped up by enjoying the fruit and coffee we had prepared. It's such a great place to spend a comfortable night eating, singing, and relaxing with friends, so I'd like to use it again for our next gathering!

Our department club recently stayed here for a 3-day, 4-night MT trip to Seoul. During the day, we explored various parts of Seoul, and in the evening, we gathered at the accommodation to rest. Even with a large group, the spacious layout and multiple rooms made it very comfortable.
Since eating out every time would be burdensome, we bought groceries from a nearby mart and prepared breakfast and simple meals ourselves. The kitchen and large dining table made it convenient for multiple people to cook and eat together. The accommodation also had gaming consoles, so we divided into teams and had a great time playing games haha. After staying here as a group for several days, eating and having fun, I'd like to recommend this place as an ideal accommodation for university MT trips to Seoul!
Overall, the place was clean and well-equipped, which made it very comfortable and nice.
I would like to use it again next time.
