시간 관계 없이 " 퇴실 "조치 될 수 있습니다. 간곡히 부탁드립니다 !

I went there after seeing the photo and the description of new construction
It was a really disappointing accommodation
The new building is only a new building in name, but the old place was remodeled
When it rained, the entire room smelled terrible from the stench coming from the sink
And the window must have broken, rattling at the sound of the wind blowing
I kept falling behind in sleep... It was such a noise that I couldn't sleep
I tried using the washing machine, but it seemed to be broken somewhere
For those of you who are going, think carefully
It might be better to just go to a clean motel
When I first entered, I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness, and the warm atmosphere! It was wonderful to spend a night in such a nice environment! I highly recommend it!
I loved the clean interior and stylish décor the moment I walked in hehe! ? Especially the bed in the loft was so comfortable that my boyfriend and I had the best sleep ☺️
The host provided thoughtful and kind guidance with quick responses, making it very convenient to stay.

I had a reservation for Saturday, but you sent just one message on Friday—not even a phone call—saying check-in would be difficult. Is that how it works?? When I tried to book another accommodation on the same day, there were no good options available, and even the ones that were had unreasonable prices. Yet there's no compensation whatsoever.. I think there's a need for improvement in how customer issues are handled during unexpected situations.
First of all, you were really kind,,ㅠㅠ You responded to messages quickly, and thanks to you, I was able to rest comfortably. The bedroom and TV were well-equipped, and the kitchen had pretty much everything I needed ㅎ If you're thinking about it, I recommend this accommodation. Since it's in the Sangmu District, there's a lot to do nearby. Hope to see you again later ~!_!

(The soundproofing of the building itself is very poor, so you can often hear the TV)???? * The entire building is a non-smoking building, and an additional fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking. Please refrain from smoking. * We will claim compensation for any contamination of towels, bedding, or pillows. Please use them carefully if possible! * If you need early check-in/extended check-out, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged based on the regular check-in time (3 PM). Please understand that this is the amount paid directly to the cleaning company. If you tell us the time you need in advance, we will prepare it. * Please share the house rules with your fellow guests. * This is a house that we remodeled with affection.
