✔️ Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the accommodation (including bathrooms). (A fine of 100,000 KRW plus cleaning fees will be charged for smoking.)
✔️ You must remove your shoes before entering the accommodation. (Separate slippers are provided for the BBQ area.)
✔️ Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
✔️ Cooking foods with strong odors is prohibited (fish, meat, foods with strong spices, etc.). Only simple cooking is permitted within the accommodation. ✔️ Repair (replacement) costs may be charged for any stains, damage, or breakage to furniture, items, etc.
✔️ Please clean up the trash and wash the dishes upon check-out. (We ask for your cooperation and understanding as there is no separate cleaning fee.)
✔️ Please put food waste in the ziplock bags provided in the sink.
✔️ The standard occupancy is 6 people, and the maximum occupancy is 16 people. (For guests exceeding the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW applies per person aged 3 (24 months) or older.)
✔️ An additional fee will be charged if guests exceeding the standard occupancy are added without prior notice.
✔️ Please refrain from excessive noise within the accommodation. (As this is a residential area, the use of the BBQ area is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.)
✔️ Solo stays by minors who are not accompanied by a family are not permitted. ✔️ Free parking is available for 2 vehicles within the building. (Please inquire separately for additional vehicles, and we will do our best to assist.)
✔️ A separate fee of 30,000 KRW applies for using the BBQ area. (Please do not bring items other than dedicated BBQ supplies upstairs, and please wash dishes and clean up the BBQ area after use.)

추석 연휴에 가족들 모두 모여 잘 수 있는 숙소여서 더욱 맘에 들었어요. 제공되는 어매니티도 넉넉하게 제공되어서 좋았습니다.
