The management reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee based on the nightly room rate.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss of items in the unit
(e.g., stained/soiled bedding due to spills, blood, vomit, or damaged furniture).
Charges will be applied according to the replacement or repair value of the items.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the stay.
Smoking or triggering fire alarms will result in a minimum fine of KRW 150,000 (approx. USD 110).
The use of illegal substances or engaging in any illegal activities within the stay is strictly prohibited.
Violations will be immediately reported to the police, and guests will be asked to vacate the premises without refund or compensation.
