- Towels: Clean towels washed with the accommodation's dedicated washing machine and dried at high temperature are provided. (Body towels are not available; only regular towels are provided)

- Vacuum cleaner and air purifier are available for the cleanliness of the accommodation.
- Free Netflix and YouTube viewing are available on the Smart TV.

🚗 No Parking: As this is a residential area, there are no designated parking spaces. Please use nearby paid public parking lots.

Other Precautions
✔️ CCTV: Installed outside the entrance door for guest safety protection and occupancy verification
- If there are additional visitors beyond the reserved number of guests, an additional fee will be charged. (₩20,000 per person)
- Children aged 24 months or older must be included as additional guests in your reservation. Visits, stays, or occupancy by persons other than the reserved guests are not permitted.

⚠️ Noise Caution: In a quiet residential area, please refrain from making noise indoors and outdoors after 21:00 (9:00 PM)!
If loud noise or disturbances occur due to excessive drinking, immediate eviction may be enforced without refund. (Parties are absolutely prohibited)
Please keep music and TV volume at an appropriate level.
We ask for your consideration to avoid conflicts with neighboring residents.

✔️ For early check-in or late check-out requests, there is an additional charge of ₩10,000 regardless of the number of guests.

✔️ Cleaning and Recycling: Please organize, separate recyclables, and dispose of trash at designated locations before checkout.

✔️ Please remove outdoor shoes indoors: Indoor slippers are provided.
