Bathrooms (x2): With showers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided
Kitchen: Dining table for 6, refrigerator, dishware for 8, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, etc.

Safety: Each room has a fire detector, carbon monoxide alarm, flashlight, 1 fire extinguisher installed inside the house

Check-in is available after 4 PM, once cleaning is completed.
The detailed address will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. A guide will be sent on the day of check-in.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
(Complaints may result in eviction without refund and extra fees.)
All-night parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including e-cigarettes.
(Cleaning fees will be charged for smoke removal from linens or walls.)
Simple cooking is allowed, but strong-smelling dishes are not permitted
(e.g. fish, pork belly, mala soup, tom yum, fermented foods, durian).
No hair dyeing or eating on the bed.
(Stained linens will incur an extra laundry charge.)
Please supervise young children carefully.
Shoes must be removed indoors; use indoor slippers.
Only registered guests may stay. Please check out on time.
Do not flush sanitary products, tissues, or food waste down the toilet.
Please take care of all facilities.

The host responded kindly and warmly, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
As soon as we entered the room, the host's taste was impeccable. We were on a family trip and stayed for three consecutive nights. Both the convenience of transportation and shopping were fantastic.

Near Hapjeong-dong Metro Station, it's very convenient to walk to Hongdae, and Uber's location pinpointing is accurate. The room has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is smaller—I'd recommend using the larger one for showers. The place is clean, and towels, toothbrushes, hair dryers, curling irons are provided. We had four people with four beds, the air conditioning works great, and hot water comes quickly. The fridge, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and laundry pods are all provided. What's most worth praising is the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner—they're amazing!!!! We decided to bring them back home haha. The host responds promptly and is very enthusiastic about answering any questions. We weren't familiar with trash sorting, and the host gave us great guidance. It's not overly strict either—the cleaner will help with sorting at the end, so we just need to separate things properly and not throw them out carelessly. We'll definitely stay here again next time ?
This trip was wonderful! The property is very convenient, with the high-speed rail station right downstairs, making travel extremely easy. There are also many delicious restaurants in the surrounding area.
A family of four, including two children, stayed for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and cozy, unlike hotels or condos. There were quite a few good restaurants nearby, and it was nice to visit coffee shops in the morning. Towels, amenities, and other supplies were generously provided. We had a great rest^^
