🤝 Basic Etiquette
- We maintain good relationships with our neighbors. Please be mindful not to cause noise disturbance to neighbors living in other units. Especially after 10 PM, please maintain absolute quiet 🙏
- Please remove your shoes indoors and use slippers.
- No smoking indoors or in the building (including e-cigarettes), and violations will result in fines.

🍳 Cooking and Cleanliness
- Please simply tidy up the dishes and kitchen before checkout.
- Please separate trash and leave it inside the house; we will dispose of it after your checkout.
- Please use the space cleanly. (Absolutely no sticker-type attachments on walls or facilities; restoration costs will be charged for paint damage or facility damage)
- We conduct regular pest control in the building, but insects may enter from outside. Please keep doors closed.
- Our accommodation undergoes monthly pest control. Occasionally, insects may enter from outside during summer. Please keep windows and entrance doors closed 🙏

🛠 Safety and Facility Information
- Reservations should be made based on total number of users, not just overnight guests.
- Indoor dyeing and putting foreign objects in toilets are prohibited.
- Parking inside the building is not available. Please use the paid parking lot a 3-minute walk away.
- Pets cannot be accommodated.

- The accommodation has a separate entrance structure with 3 steps leading down from the first floor.
While the advantage is a private and quiet space, please note that there is an incline on the way to the accommodation, which may be somewhat inconvenient for elderly guests, pregnant women, or those accompanying them 🤍
