Within 15 minutes by subway, you can reach Jamsil, Seokchon Lake, Olympic Park, and KSPO DOME.
By transferring to Line 2, major areas such as Gangnam, Hongdae, Samseong (COEX), and Seongsu are all easily accessible.
The Incheon Airport Limousine Bus stop is right next to the building, making airport transfers fast and easy.

With two bedrooms and a spacious living area, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends.
All rooms have blackout curtains for deep and comfortable sleep.
Just a 5-minute walk to the station—ideal for guests using public transportation.

-Tableware for 6 people, cutlery set, mugs, teacups

-Standard occupancy: 2 guests | Maximum: 6 guests
(₩20,000 extra per person per night beyond 2)

-Bedding is prepared for one bed per two guests; extra sets available for a fee.

-Washing machine available for stays of one week or longer.

-No smoking indoors and no pets allowed to maintain cleanliness.

-Smoking is permitted only outside the first-floor entrance; rooftop smoking not allowed.
Smoking inside the building (unit, hallway, stairs, etc.) will result in a ₩300,000 penalty.

-One parking space available on the premises.

The Sodam House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m.
