This is a newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor, just a 2-minute walk from Hapjeong Station.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, and Daiso and Olive Young are within a 3-minute walk, making daily errands very convenient.
There are plenty of markets, convenience stores, cafés, and great restaurants in the neighborhood.
The apartment is fully furnished with two queen beds, desk, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a microwave, a washing machine, and all essential amenities.
With easy access to Subway Lines 2 and 6, you can conveniently reach major areas such as Jongno, Dongdaemun, Seongsu, Sinchon, and Ewha University.
You can also walk to the Han River, YG, Mangwon, Yeonnam-dong, and Hongdae.

Convenient subway access
Really nice trip in Seoul and was happy to be hosted in this apartment. Agnes is a really good landlord, she is friendly, reactive and always tries to help. The apartment was clean and ordered, and the bed are really good ! Thanks a lot Agnes for this wonderful trip :)
We really enjoy our stay in Agnes place，the place is close to train station, quiet, comfortable beddings and very clean. It is manageable if you have luggage because the place is in second floor. Agnes provided everything in the apartment, adaptable chargers, snacks, water, umbrella, and so on. It’s very considerable. We spent whole day outside, came back home late, this is a perfect place for us to sleep. The only problem for us is there is no shower screen in the bathroom, so the toilet and shower are all together. But it is very common in Korea and also it was shown on the pictures. We will definitely come back to Agnes’ place.
The accommodation was really clean and comfortable, and even more wonderful than the pictures.
The location is also very good. It's a 2-minute walk to the subway station, and there's an airport bus stop, convenience store, mart, Olive Young, and various restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very convenient to stay.
The host was also very kind. It's an accommodation I'd definitely like to recommend to family and friends.

I booked this place to enjoy Hongdae, Hapjeong-dong, and Mangwon-dong with my daughter. I was so surprised at how close it is to Hapjeong Station.
The host is so kind, and the accommodation is cozy, beautiful, and very clean—my child loves it even more!
Everything is available including an induction cooktop, microwave, and washing machine, so we had a comfortable stay. Next time, I plan to come with my whole family.?
