The host responded quickly and kindly. The accommodation is modest but very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated that it had just the essentials needed. The location was excellent—Songjeong Beach is right across the street, so it was perfect for playing in the sea and quickly heading inside while still in swimwear. There was an outdoor faucet in the yard to rinse off sand lightly, which was very convenient. There was also a clothesline to hang swimwear. Despite the hot and humid weather, the host had the air conditioning on in advance, so it was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, the location was fantastic, and the overall condition of the accommodation was so satisfying that if I visit Songjeong again, this is definitely a place I'd like to stay at once more!

This has been the most satisfying accommodation I've used while booking places over the years.
Every piece of furniture and interior detail in the space is so clean and well-organized that you can feel the owner's care and attention throughout.
Also, the location is incredibly convenient—there's a convenience store just 20 meters outside the front door, and Songjeong Beach is just across the street.
It's the kind of place I'd definitely want to stay at again if I visit Songjeong next time.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 4.
The standalone house has great retro vibes and the rooms are spacious.
There's plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults to sleep comfortably.
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach and there are 24-hour snack shops and convenience stores nearby.
I highly recommend it ?

All 4 adult family members were very satisfied with the accommodation~ It was close to the sea, the neighborhood was quiet, and the place was clean and cozy.
Especially, the lilies in the quince tree garden at the entrance made our memories even more beautiful^^I could feel the host's thoughtful care throughout the accommodation. Especially the seasoning!
It was also great that nearby tourist attractions and restaurants were within easy reach. Thanks to this wonderful place with reasonable pricing, we had an even more enjoyable trip.

It was nice and charming because it's a standalone house.
It was great being close to the beach, and the road in front of the house gets busy, so children need to be careful when going out alone.
It was nice to see that the owner makes an effort to keep the place clean and well-maintained.
The owner was kind and the place was convenient to use, so I would like to visit again.
