It's a spacious accommodation suitable for multiple people to stay together, located in the city center. You can walk to Jongno, Seoul's traditional downtown, DDP, a symbol of youth, and Dongdaemun, the heart of fashion. With 4 rooms and a spacious duplex layout, it's a great space for large families to stay for an extended period. (132 square meters)
It's a commercial-residential building on the 4th floor with good natural light, so you can enjoy the sunlight during the day, and at night, you can enjoy the Korean ambiance and Namsan Tower night view from the private rooftop. Cheonggyecheon Stream is right near the accommodation, allowing you to experience all four seasons and enjoy a nice walk. Right in front of the accommodation are Hwanghak Pungmul Market and Dongmyo Flea Market, Seoul's largest flea and second-hand markets, offering plenty of sights to see. There's a convenience store right next to the accommodation, so you can easily purchase any necessary items^^

I was able to relax very comfortably. The bed was very comfortable. There were mosquitoes, and I wish there had been measures in place to deal with them. The host responded very quickly and was very reliable.
At this price, it's wonderful to have multiple rooms with multiple beds. All my friends were satisfied and had a comfortable time. I'm willing to visit again on my next trip to Seoul.
I booked this place for a family trip with my 9-year-old and 5-year-old. It's right in front of the subway station, so it was easy to get around on foot, and the toy street was right nearby—the kids loved it and went there every day. The host responded quickly, so there were no inconveniences. There are convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants serving snacks and meals open 24 hours nearby, which was great for using the space anytime without time constraints. The washing machine, detergent, and dryer were provided, so my husband and I could travel with just our backpacks and pack light. The kids loved it so much that they're already asking to come back to this place next time^^
This is always my go-to accommodation whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. With Cheonggyecheon nearby, it's perfect for evening walks, and right in front of the accommodation is Seoul's largest traditional market. It's packed with things to do, see, and eat, and on top of that, the accommodation itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean! I'm always satisfied every time I visit ^^
Lively and unique area, literally in the flea market. Great spots to eat in the immediate area. Very spacious and comfortable for a group. It was great to have filtered water and a full fridge. Washer and dryer was also really convenient. Thank you for a lovely stay!
