Room Condition :
There are king-size beds in two rooms, and each has a TV and a beam projector (OTT viewing available for YouTube, Netflix, etc.).
All bedding is replaced for every stay.

Cooling/Heating :
Summer : Each bedroom has air conditioning, so it's always cool :)
Winter : The air conditioner includes a heating function, and floor heating is available :)
