⚠️ Accommodation type information (must read)
* * My place is located on the top floor of a 4-story building without elevator. As the name of the accommodation suggests, you have to use the stairs, but since the 3rd floor is a hallway style, the actual experience is about 3.5 floors.
* However, since there is no elevator, if you have a lot of heavy luggage or large suitcases, please take this into consideration before making a reservation. The reason I'm being honest is to ensure a comfortable trip for our guests, so please make a careful decision. Instead, it has the advantage of using the entire fourth floor by itself, allowing you to stay in private without worrying about your neighbors.
* Stationery on the first floor and piano academy on the second floor, so you can hear children or piano sounds during the day on weekdays. Please enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood - (If you are sensitive, please be patient)
* Our accommodation is in the form of a 'share house' where you live with a host, and 2 of the 3 rooms are guest rooms.
* The kitchen/living room/bathroom is shared and aims for friendly interaction☺️ (For reservations for all private houses, please inquire separately)
* Shared dining: Dining and working at the spacious table (equipped with refrigerator/microwave/induction)
* Bedroom: Cozy bedding & individual living room and dressing table
* Convenience items: Shampoo/body wash/lotion provided, hair dryer provided in each room, FREE Wi-Fi

I traveled alone for a concert and used the accommodation for the first time.
・Location
It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station exit to the accommodation, located in a residential area. The nights during my stay were very quiet and comfortable. There's also a convenience store nearby, which was convenient.
・Accommodation
The house rules were clearly explained on the website in advance, and the host provided a detailed explanation of the rooms and facilities during check-in as well. Thanks to this explanation, I was able to check out smoothly the next day.
The room had a Korean hanok atmosphere and a lovely scent that helped me relax. The linens and floors were clean.
・Hospitality
The host was very kind, and there were message cards with names written on the doors of each room. Also, in the room, there was a BTS-themed Oreo cookie and a bottle of water placed for me, which I gratefully and deliciously enjoyed.
This became quite long, but the neighbors I met around the accommodation were also very kind to me, and I sincerely hope to use this place again when I visit Busan.

This time I booked two types of accommodations: a single room for one person (this property) and a double room that can accommodate up to two people, for a total of three guests. Although the property is on the fourth floor with no elevator, climbing the stairs doesn't feel like four flights. The door code will be provided on the day of check-in, so there's no need to worry about losing keys or key cards—very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet at night with no outside noise disturbing sleep, and I slept very well (the bedding is also very comfortable). There are convenience stores and fried chicken shops nearby, so no need to worry about getting hungry in the middle of the night. The host is very kind and warm, and I completely felt at home during this stay (my family members had the same feeling). Plus, the host speaks Chinese very well with almost no communication barriers!
The hostess speaks Chinese, communication is very smooth!!! The location has very convenient transportation! Super thoughtful and super kind, you'll be very happy coming here 5555, I'll come back next time and recommend it to all my friends???
Since I was traveling alone and didn't feel comfortable staying by myself, I specifically chose an accommodation where I could stay with the host. These past few days here have been so reassuring and wonderful?
This is a residential area where locals live, so I was able to experience the daily atmosphere of Busan much better.
The location is excellent, very close to Seomyeon, with a subway station and bus stop nearby, making getting around super convenient^^
(If you're going to a concert at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, staying here is super super close!)
The room is absolutely amazing, super clean, and smells wonderful the moment you walk in, making it very comfortable to stay in!! The kitchen and washing machine are available to use, which is very convenient and gives it a lived-in feel
The other double room also has great natural lighting and decoration, and I'll definitely come back with friends next time to experience it ㅎㅎ
Rinrin's Chinese is super great ㅋㅋ and she's an incredibly wonderful person!
We chat every day, sharing lots of interesting things, and she recommended local restaurants that locals love～～ We even had meals together and made super cute ice cream together, leaving me with especially warm memories from this trip><

Super apartment and easy to find. Lin is a wonderful host - very helpful and friendly. Only 2 stops past Seomyeon and not far from the station. If you are tired you can always stop at a restaurant, convenience store or coffee shop to gather your strength. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. All in all a great stay 100% recommend.
