Excellent! Great value for money, very comfortable stay, and very close to the subway station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby - Hongdae Pig's Trotters, Baeknyeon Soup Rice, Ewha Womans University Food Street (fried pork cutlet/Korean kimbap/grilled pork belly/grilled beef intestines - all absolutely delicious)! Highly recommend for first-time visitors to Seoul. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have separate wet and dry areas, but it's a minor issue. At this price point, there's really nothing to complain about!

No refrigerator and the bathroom is slightly higher than the room so water pools a bit, but other than that it's great. The room is spacious, has air conditioning and a TV, and the location is convenient—it's not far from Exit 6. As for noise, you can hear the door lock and entrance door a bit, but that's similar anywhere, so I'd give it an 8 or 9 out of 10. +You'll need to bring water and other supplies.
