Accommodation Overview
📍 Location
Located between Sinchon Station and Ewha Womans University Station, just one subway stop away from Hongdae. While Nogosan-dong area has many hills, this accommodation is situated on flat, easily accessible ground near the station and airport bus stop, making it convenient to pull luggage.
Approximately 2-minute walk to the airport bus stop. A 24-hour GS25 convenience store is nearby, and CU, Daiso, pharmacy, hospital, cafes, restaurants, and local food streets are all within a 5-minute walk.

👶 Room B is a family-friendly space with a queen-size bed, baby bed (or children's bed), and a BenQ Full HD projector connected to Apple TV for private movie viewing.
🛌 Room C is a twin room with 2 single beds, work desk, storage, and comfortable lighting suitable for work or study.
🍽️ The shared dining lounge features a 1100mm diameter round natural marble table that accommodates up to 6 people. Perfect for dining, coffee time, laptop work, or planning your Seoul travel itinerary together. 🍳 The kitchen, finished with natural Merbau wood, is fully equipped with an LG dishwasher, Samsung 2-burner induction cooktop, LG microwave, Samsung Bespoke 330L refrigerator, and LG hot/cold water purifier—all the facilities needed for actual living.
💡 Aqara smart lighting with adjustable brightness and color temperature is installed throughout. Room A also features smart motorized curtains.
🌿 Each bedroom is equipped with a BALMUDA air purifier, and the common area has an indoor air quality monitor for a more comfortable stay.
🧺 Hotel-quality white bedding is used, and all bedding undergoes high-temperature washing and drying after each guest checkout.

🔑 You have exclusive access to the entire accommodation including 3 bedrooms, shared dining lounge, kitchen, bathroom, entrance, and hallway.
🚪 Self check-in/check-out is available. The entrance door code will be provided before your arrival.
Additional Guidelines
🛁 There is one Korean-style bathroom with a glass shower partition. Hot water and water pressure are in good condition. Bidet and dryer are not provided.
👶 Family-friendly amenities including a baby bed and IKEA ANTILOP high chair are available. A baby bathtub can be prepared upon request.
💡 Smart lighting automation is set as default for your convenience. If you prefer manual operation only, please let us know via message before arrival.
🌿 An indoor air quality monitor in the common area manages ultrafine dust (PM2.5), carbon dioxide (CO2), fine dust (PM10), total volatile organic compounds (eTVOC), temperature, and humidity. Noise level (decibels) can also be measured, but voice or conversation content is not recorded.
🚭 Smoking and pets are prohibited throughout the entire accommodation. If smoking traces, strong cigarette smell, or pet traces are found after checkout, additional cleaning and deodorization fees of up to 300,000 won may be charged.
🔥 Smoke detectors and air quality monitoring devices can detect smoke or abnormal air quality changes.

1. The location is most accurate according to the address sent by the host. Nearby amenities are all within walking distance, and there's a convenience store just a couple of steps away;
2. Ordering delivery or cooking yourself is very convenient. The entire home has smart home features that are quite advanced, and basic necessities are provided;
3. Homepod receives great reviews and provided a very comprehensive house introduction before check-in, ?
This place was the real star of the trip. Lots of things to do around the area. Super close to the transportation stations. DK was an amazing host and went above and beyond in every way possible. I even asked for help ordering delivery food and he immediately went out of his way and offered to order for us. 숙소 was perfect. Beds were so comfortable after walking 30k steps around seoul. I will 100% be staying here every time i come back
Comfortable, clean accommodation close to the subway. Getting around Seoul was really easy. Hongdae is just one subway stop away, and Myeongdong was also easily accessible. Plus, the neighborhood was very quiet.
I still thank the host for their responsiveness and replies. I highly recommend this accommodation ++
Communication with the host was very pleasant~ They were warm, thoughtful, and responded promptly. The house is also beautiful, and the location is very convenient with direct airport bus access. It was a wonderful experience.
This house is actually more comfortable to stay in than the photos suggest. The first impression upon entering is how clean it is. The bed and bedding are really comfortable to sleep on, and after walking around Seoul all day, being able to rest well at night is really important.
I also really like the house's décor and overall atmosphere. The wooden elements combined with the lighting create a warm feeling—it doesn't have that cold, impersonal vibe of typical short-term rentals. It's comfortable to spend evenings at home here too.
The entire house is well-maintained. During my stay, it felt clean and comfortable throughout. If I come back to Seoul next time, I'd be happy to stay here again.
