There is no parking lot within the accommodation. You must use nearby public parking lots.

❎️As the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. — In case of a complaint, immediate eviction will occur without refund.

❎️No smoking indoors throughout the entire building, including stairwells (e-cigarettes included)
