This is a private stay where one group exclusively uses the entire 2nd floor. The 1st floor is commercial space and there are no other units on the 2nd floor, so you can stay independently and comfortably.
* Interior Facilities
Please use the 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other interior spaces as if they were your own home.
* Amenities
If you need laundry, you can use the washing machines and dryers at the paid self-service laundromat on the 1st floor of the building. Parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Other Important Notes
• Pets cannot stay at this accommodation.
🚭 The interior of the accommodation and the courtyard inside the front gate are completely non-smoking.
Both regular cigarettes and e-cigarettes are prohibited. If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 300,000원 will be charged.
🚫 Visitors and acquaintances other than the reserved guests are not permitted to enter.
Please notify us in advance if the number of guests changes. Additional guests incur a charge of 20,000원 per person per night.

The accommodation was as clean and cozy as in the photos, and my family and I had a really comfortable stay. I especially loved how comfortable the sofa was—I found myself sitting on it every time I had a break. The ceiling fan added to the nice atmosphere, and everything felt fresh and pleasant.
There was also a beautiful LP player, so I was able to enjoy music and spend time leisurely. When I scanned the Instagram QR code at the accommodation, I found well-organized tutorial videos for using the TV, ceiling fan, LP player, and other devices, so even unfamiliar equipment was easy to use.
I felt that thoughtful care had been put into every corner of the space, which made my stay even more enjoyable. This is a place I'd definitely like to visit again.
I came here with friends because we had business near Seoul National University and booked a place where multiple people could stay. Since it was newly opened with few reviews, I was honestly a bit worried, but when we got there, it was exactly like the photos! I couldn't believe there was such a nice place at this price — my friends really praised it too ㅋ
The structure only goes up half a floor, so carrying luggage wasn't inconvenient at all, and since we had the entire floor to ourselves like a private rental, we could chat and relax comfortably without worrying about others around us — that was the best part.
And while I only stayed one night, there's a coin laundry on the floor below, so I think it would be convenient if I came for a longer stay next time.
Most importantly, the host was so incredibly kind, and I appreciated how every single item provided showed thoughtful consideration.
For anyone hesitant about a new property, I'd confidently recommend it! If I have any reason to visit the Seoul National University or Sharosu-gil area again, I'm definitely coming back!
I stayed here with my husband and child, and the accommodation was really clean and comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and organized, so we were able to rest without any inconvenience during our family stay. The host was also very kind and attentive, and I'm grateful for that. I booked this place for an urgent business trip, and I'm leaving more than satisfied! The space was clean and independent like a private house, so I was able to rest comfortably and have a great time. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made it easy to find meals. What was especially amazing was being able to freely use various OTT services including Netflix, Tving, and Disney+. I'd love to come back again—I'm 100% willing to revisit!
I booked this accommodation on short notice, but it exceeded my expectations and was such a satisfying stay.
As soon as I walked in, the interior was so luxurious and refined that I felt great, and the bedding was comfortable, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. I especially appreciated having separate shower spaces for each person, which made it convenient for everyone staying together.
The welcome snacks that were prepared upon check-in felt very thoughtful, and most importantly, the host responded quickly to every inquiry, so even though it was my first time using this accommodation, I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. There were many restaurants, food options, and shopping places nearby, so even after finishing my personal schedule and returning to the accommodation, I wasn't bored and was able to spend time leisurely exploring the area.
It was a hastily booked accommodation, but it turned out to be such a good choice that I'm really satisfied. Since it's a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared accommodation, if I come back here next time, I'd definitely like to stay here again. :)
