For a clean space and environment, please separate your garbage as below.
General waste: All garbage except food
Food waste: Drain as much as possible and dispose of it in the food bag

Plastic/cans/bottles: Please rinse thoroughly and dispose of them in a clear plastic bag
Paper: Remove the tape and sticker and fold it and dispose of it
📍 Separate collection can be placed in front of the front door of the accommodation and our cleaning agent will arrange it for you.

🚫Outside, CCTV is in operation for methods and safety. We only ask for the number of people booked.

Damage to all furniture, bedding, wallpaper, floorboards, etc. and severe contamination 🚫in the accommodation will be charged for damages.

Additional 🚫cleaning fees of $100 may be incurred if excessive trash removal or cleaning beyond the normal range is required after use of the property.
