[Important Precautions]
※ No smoking inside or outside the building: If detected, a penalty of 200,000원 will be charged, and you may be required to vacate at any time. In particular, absolutely no smoking in the yard.

※ For fire prevention purposes, smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the building and yard.
If you need to smoke, please do so in the open area on the way up to the accommodation.
If smoking traces are detected, a fine of at least 100,000원 or more may be imposed.

※ Caution regarding noise complaints: This is a residential house where other residents live. Please be mindful to prevent noise complaints.

※ Located in the heart of Seomyeon-Jeonpo-dong as a detached house, there is a possibility of pest occurrence, so pest control is conducted once a week.
However, insects may enter when opening and closing doors, so please be careful about door sealing.

※ Minors cannot stay alone

※ Pets are prohibited
