In Korea, there is a culture of taking off outdoor shoes when entering a house. For a clean and comfortable indoor environment, please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. 😊

🚭 Smoking is prohibited both inside the property and around the building entrances.
The fire alarm may be triggered if you smoke indoors, and if smoking is confirmed, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW.

👥 The number of guests booked and the number of guests who actually check in must be the same.
Visitors other than the number of people reserved are not allowed to enter the accommodation.
(External CCTV can be checked)

🧺 If stains that are difficult to remove with normal washing, such as wine, lip tint, or hair dye, occur on fabric items like rugs, bedding, or curtains, a separate cleaning fee or item cost may be charged depending on the severity of the stains.

• Do not dispose of oil, food, wet wipes, or sanitary products in the toilet/drain.
