Riker Home is prepared as a cozy space where you can stay comfortably like home. It is a meaningful space created by a travel-loving host incorporating Airbnb accommodation experiences from around the world. We provide a comfortable and warm space for you to enjoy with family and friends.
There are no steep hills on the way to the accommodation, so you can easily bring your luggage.
- Riker Home is conveniently located in the central area, a 5-minute walk from Seoul National University Station on Line 2.
- Visit trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars with great vibes and hot spots. :)
- Using Line 2, it takes 24 minutes to Hongdae, 27 minutes to Jamsil, and 30 minutes to Myeongdong, making it easy to visit Seoul's tourist attractions.
- There is no parking lot, so please use the nearby Gwanak-gu Office parking lot or public parking.
- This is not a party room, so please use it as a comfortable accommodation.
- Based on 2 people / Maximum 4 people can use
- For 3 or more people, an additional 20,000 won per person is charged.

Things to Know
- We receive regular pest control service from Cesco. (No refunds for external insect intrusions)
- Please close doors and windows properly.
- Washing machine is available (dryer is not available; please use the drying rack).
- Please contact us in advance for early check-in, late check-out, or changes in number of guests. (Late check-out and additional guests incur separate charges.)
- 2 towels per person per night are provided.

- Please do not cook dishes with strong odors. (Meat, fish, and malatang are not allowed)
- If any items are damaged, provided items are damaged or soiled, please inform the host immediately.
- Please do not eat on rugs or beds.
- Excessive use of heating/cooling, electricity, water, etc. may incur additional charges.
- Please be careful when using the induction cooktop, iron, hair dryer, heater, and electric heating pad due to fire hazard risks.
- Cancellations and refunds follow Airbnb's refund policy.
- Check-out time is 12 PM. Please adhere to this strictly.
- If the above is not followed and losses occur, charges will be applied. Please comply strictly.

위치 좋고 조용하고 좋았습니다. 방이랑 주방은 깔끔하고요. 다만 건물 자체가 워낙 오래되서… 복도도 으스스하고, 환기가 잘 안되서 습기가 좀 잘 차고 화장실 곰팡이는 청소를 한번 하셔야할 것 같아요. 그 외에는 아주 좋았습니다.
지하철에서 이동하기 너무 편했고 숙소 찾기도 쉬웠고 주변에 먹을곳도 너무 많아서 좋았습니다.
숙소가 깨끗해서 제 여신님이 너무 좋아하네요 ㅎㅎ 역이랑도 가까워서 아주 좋고 호스트님의 친절한 안내 덕분에 편하게 지내다가 갑니다. 다음에 또 기회되면 방문하도록 할게요!
아이 대학 실기/면접시험 일정으로 동선 가까운 곳 중심으로 예약하고 3박4일간 지냈습니다. 숙소 내부 공간이 넓고 방이 2개라 쾌적했고 집주변 환경도 식당, 마트, 상점 등 거의 다 갖추고 있어서 잘 모르는 동네인데도 지내기에 정말 편했어요. 세탁기, 건조기와 냉장고 등 전자기기들도 성능이 좋아서 빨래 고민 없이 매일매일 깨끗하게 지낼수 있었고 과일, 간식, 음료 등 식품 보관하기에 충분한 대용량의 냉장고도 용이해서 좋았습니다! 집 자체의 분위기도 좋고 방마다 큰창이 있어 채광이 좋고, 집 안 곳곳에 놓인 조명이 포근포근해서 집에서 휴식하는 자체만으로도 힐링되었어요🌿
그리고, 마지막 날 자다가 실수로 조명을 깨뜨렸는데, 배상 보다 부상 여부 먼저 물어봐주시고 걱정해주셔서 정말 너무너무 감동이었습니다🥹
낯선 동네에서의 3박4일을 잘 케어해주셔서 고맙습니다🙇♀️

역에서 가깝고 주변에 식당이나 편의점도 많아서 좋았습니다!!
딱 하나만 단점을 말하면 반지하에 사는 할머니가 애민한 사람이신지 밤에 문을 계속 쿵쿵 두드려서 무서웠어요…
그거 빼고는 만족스러웠습니다:)
