There are no steep hills on the way to the accommodation, so you can easily bring your luggage.
- Riker Home is conveniently located in the central area, a 5-minute walk from Seoul National University Station on Line 2.
- Visit trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars with great vibes and hot spots. :)
- Using Line 2, it takes 24 minutes to Hongdae, 27 minutes to Jamsil, and 30 minutes to Myeongdong, making it easy to visit Seoul's tourist attractions.
- There is no parking lot, so please use the nearby Gwanak-gu Office parking lot or public parking.
- This is not a party room, so please use it as a comfortable accommodation.
- Based on 2 people / Maximum 4 people can use
- For 3 or more people, an additional 20,000 won per person is charged.

- We receive regular pest control service from Cesco. (No refunds for external insect intrusions)
- Please close doors and windows properly.
- Washing machine is available (dryer is not available; please use the drying rack).
- Please contact us in advance for early check-in, late check-out, or changes in number of guests. (Late check-out and additional guests incur separate charges.)
- 2 towels per person per night are provided.

- Excessive use of heating/cooling, electricity, water, etc. may incur additional charges.
- Please be careful when using the induction cooktop, iron, hair dryer, heater, and electric heating pad due to fire hazard risks.
- Cancellations and refunds follow Airbnb's refund policy.
- Check-out time is 12 PM. Please adhere to this strictly.
- If the above is not followed and losses occur, charges will be applied. Please comply strictly.

The location was great and it was quiet and nice. The room and kitchen were clean. However, since the building itself is quite old… the hallway feels a bit eerie, and ventilation isn't great so moisture tends to accumulate, and the bathroom mold seems like it could use a cleaning. Other than that, it was very good.
It was very convenient to get around by subway, easy to find the accommodation, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was great.
The accommodation is so clean that my goddess is absolutely loving it ㅎㅎ It's also great being close to the station, and thanks to the host's kind guidance, I've had a comfortable stay. I'll definitely visit again if I get the chance!
My child had college practical exams and interviews scheduled, so I booked a place close to the commute route and stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The interior space was spacious with 2 bedrooms, which felt very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood around the house had almost everything—restaurants, marts, shops, etc.—so even though it was an unfamiliar area, it was really convenient to stay in. The appliances like the washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator all performed well, so I could do laundry without worry and keep things clean every day. The large-capacity refrigerator was also great for storing plenty of fruits, snacks, and beverages! The atmosphere of the house itself was wonderful, and each room had large windows with great natural lighting. The lighting fixtures placed throughout the house felt so cozy that just resting at home was healing ?
On the last day, I accidentally broke a light fixture while sleeping, but you asked about my injury first before mentioning compensation and showed such concern—it was truly so touching ?

It was great that it's close to the station and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby!!
If I had to mention just one downside, the grandmother living in the semi-basement kept knocking loudly on the door at night, which was scary…
