Riker Home is prepared as a cozy space where you can stay comfortably like home. It is a meaningful space created by a travel-loving host incorporating Airbnb accommodation experiences from around the world. We provide a comfortable and warm space for you to enjoy with family and friends.
There are no steep hills on the way to the accommodation, so you can easily bring your luggage.
- Riker Home is conveniently located in the central area, a 5-minute walk from Seoul National University Station on Line 2.
- Visit trendy restaurants, cafes, and bars with great vibes and hot spots. :)
- Using Line 2, it takes 24 minutes to Hongdae, 27 minutes to Jamsil, and 30 minutes to Myeongdong, making it easy to visit Seoul's tourist attractions.
- There is no parking lot, so please use the nearby Gwanak-gu Office parking lot or public parking.
- This is not a party room, so please use it as a comfortable accommodation.
- Based on 2 people / Maximum 4 people can use
- For 3 or more people, an additional 20,000 won per person is charged.

Things to Know
- We receive regular pest control service from Cesco. (No refunds for external insect intrusions)
- Please close doors and windows properly.
- Washing machine is available (dryer is not available; please use the drying rack).
- Please contact us in advance for early check-in, late check-out, or changes in number of guests. (Late check-out and additional guests incur separate charges.)
- 2 towels per person per night are provided.

- Please do not cook dishes with strong odors. (Meat, fish, and malatang are not allowed)
- If any items are damaged, provided items are damaged or soiled, please inform the host immediately.
- Please do not eat on rugs or beds.
- Excessive use of heating/cooling, electricity, water, etc. may incur additional charges.
- Please be careful when using the induction cooktop, iron, hair dryer, heater, and electric heating pad due to fire hazard risks.
- Cancellations and refunds follow Airbnb's refund policy.
- Check-out time is 12 PM. Please adhere to this strictly.

Lokasinya bagus dan tenang, sangat menyenangkan. Kamar dan dapur rapi dan bersih. Namun, bangunannya cukup tua… koridor terasa sedikit mencekam, dan ventilasi kurang baik sehingga kelembaban cukup tinggi. Jamur di kamar mandi perlu dibersihkan. Selain itu, semuanya sangat baik.
Sangat mudah untuk berpindah dengan kereta bawah tanah, mudah menemukan akomodasi, dan ada banyak tempat makan di sekitarnya, jadi sangat bagus.
Akomodasinya sangat bersih dan istri saya sangat menyukainya ㅎㅎ Lokasinya juga dekat dengan stasiun, sangat bagus, dan berkat panduan ramah dari host, kami bisa tinggal dengan nyaman. Jika ada kesempatan lagi, kami akan berkunjung kembali!
Kami menginap selama 3 malam 4 hari dengan memesan tempat yang dekat dengan lokasi ujian praktik/wawancara kuliah anak kami. Ruang dalam akomodasi sangat luas dengan 2 kamar tidur sehingga terasa nyaman, dan lingkungan sekitar rumah dilengkapi dengan restoran, supermarket, toko, dan sebagainya—jadi meskipun kami tidak mengenal daerah tersebut, sangat mudah untuk tinggal di sini. Peralatan elektronik seperti mesin cuci, pengering, dan kulkas memiliki performa yang baik, sehingga kami bisa mencuci pakaian setiap hari tanpa khawatir dan tetap bersih. Kulkas berkapasitas besar juga sangat membantu untuk menyimpan buah-buahan, camilan, minuman, dan makanan lainnya! Suasana rumah itu sendiri sangat bagus, setiap kamar memiliki jendela besar dengan pencahayaan alami yang baik, dan lampu-lampu yang tersebar di seluruh rumah terasa hangat dan nyaman—hanya dengan beristirahat di rumah saja sudah terasa menyegarkan?
Selain itu, pada hari terakhir kami secara tidak sengaja memecahkan lampu saat tidur, namun Anda terlebih dahulu menanyakan apakah ada yang terluka daripada membicarakan ganti rugi, dan kepedulian Anda membuat kami sangat terharu?
Terima kasih telah merawat kami dengan baik selama 3 malam 4 hari di daerah yang asing bagi kami?♀️

Dekat dengan stasiun dan ada banyak restoran serta convenience store di sekitarnya, jadi sangat bagus!!
Jika harus menyebutkan satu kekurangan, nenek yang tinggal di semi-basement sepertinya orang yang sensitif, dan dia terus mengetuk pintu dengan keras di malam hari sehingga saya merasa takut…
Selain itu, saya sangat puas :)
