[Villa de Soang] You can experience a dynamic and unique sense of space in the terrace where you can see persimmon trees and the attic where you can lie down and look at the sky. Four people can stay privately. (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 queen size beds) We provide high-quality mattresses and hotel bedding worth 3 million won. 13-minute walk to Han River Interchange 10-minute walk to park * Check-in after 16:00 / Check-out before 11:00 * 4th floor of building without elevator * Free parking available in front of building * 10-minute walk to large supermarket (Homeplus), movie theater (Lotte Cinema) * 3-minute walk to daily necessities store (Daiso), 1-minute walk to neighborhood mart * Many restaurants available within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique triplex. Instruction claire, et très facile d accès. Métro a 5m. Restaurant .. bref super endroit pour découvrir ou redécouvrir Séoul

děkujeme za domov na 2 týdny při našem pobytu v Seoulu. Bylo to super, vše potřebné bylo napsáno nebo odpovězeno. Hostitel odpovídal velice rychle a dovolil i dřívější příjezd. Vybrala bych jej znova :)
Jessica is a great host. The house is beautiful. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice. Great food right across the street. Not forgetting Hongdae shopping district. A wonderful stay experience for our family. Thank you Jessica.
pros - great location (close to train and bus), close to Hongdae, clean apartment, modern, good cooking amenities, good for shorter stays, responsive and professional host
cons - sewage smell from bathroom that comes and goes (maybe just happens in Korea), incessant banging noise that developed out of nowhere and continues day and night without known source, steep stairs, cramped furniture arrangement, not so great for long term stays
