📍Easy access to Seogwipo downtown and Jungmun Tourist Complex.
📍If using public transportation, please take bus 600 from Jeju Airport. We provide pickup service when you get off at Gangjeonghaeoreum Village.
📍Seogwipo E-Mart is located just 5 minutes away by car.
📍In front of the accommodation, there is Gangjeonghaeoreum Cruise Terminal and Gangjeonghaeoreum Sunset Trail, famous night view spots in Seogwipo, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, the night scenery of Seogwipo downtown, and the night sea.
📍Located in front of Gangjeonghaeoreum Port, there is a fishing experience and Wee Play Dive Center, Seogwipo's largest dive center, making it very convenient for scuba diving.
📍Gangjeonghcheon, Jeju's only non-drying valley, is just 2 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the valley where Hallasan's water streams meet the sea.

Accommodation
🎈Our accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
🎈We prioritize cleanliness at all times and conduct regular pest control through CESCO, a professional disinfection company. Mattress sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are high-temperature dried and replaced each time.
🎈During consecutive stays, room cleaning and bedding are not replaced.
🎈You can enjoy a barbecue in the outdoor grass yard.
🎈You will use Room 101 on the 1st floor of a 3-story building.
🎈Infant tableware is provided.
🎈Please note there is no elevator.
🎈🚭No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed in the accommodation.

Guest-Accessible Spaces/Facilities
🎈During peak season or if you have an early schedule the next day, please use the public parking lot across the street (free of charge).
🎈Electric vehicle charging is available at the public parking lot across the street.
🎈A dryer is provided in the building.
🎈When using outdoor barbecue, 30,000 KRW per table will be collected on-site.

Other Important Notes
⭕️Most individual accommodations in Jeju use oil boilers.
Please make sure to set the boiler to away mode when leaving for extended periods.

⭕️Jeju is blessed with natural environment, so it is an area with many insects.
Due to the accommodation's location in front of the beach, there are many types of insects.
We conduct regular pest control through CESCO, a professional pest control company, and make efforts in pest management. However, please understand that perfection is difficult to achieve. We recommend using the air conditioner's cooling and dehumidifying functions when it is hot or humid, and ask that you avoid opening windows as much as possible.

※Refunds due to insects are not possible, so please note this when making a reservation.
