It takes 6 minutes to Suseo by GTX.

IMPORTANT
The front door password for check-in is written in the check-in instructions. It is changed periodically, so please make sure to check it.

If you tap the host profile, the phone number will also appear, so in urgent situations please give a call. :) It is often difficult to respond in real time via Airbnb app messages.

Except for part of the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays, the host never stays at this accommodation. Visits to the home are also extremely rare and limited to things like quickly picking up side dishes or doing small repairs. Only my mother, who is the co-host, will be there.

And please, men, do not make reservations.

The place is located near GTX, the Gyeonggang Line, and the Suwon–Bundang Line stations. It is a 2-minute walk to Seongnam Station, a 5–10 minute walk from Exit 6 of Imae Station, and about 10 minutes by bus to Yatap, Seohyeon, and Pangyo Stations. You can easily get to Suseo, Gangnam, and other areas by bus or subway.

Within the complex, there is a shopping area with a Starbucks, a convenience store, and a supermarket (all within a 3–5 minute walk).

The washing machine can be used except late at night.

24-hour paid pick-up and drop-off service is available.
