Seoul Guest House is located in a prime subway-adjacent complex apartment building at Exit 1 of Wolgok Station on Line 6.
Our building's basement level is connected to a large shopping mall 'Homeplus' and directly linked to the subway, making transportation very convenient.
The common facilities on the 9th floor of the building include a gym, golf practice range, and coffee bar for residents. Long-term guests are welcome to use these facilities if desired.
Our guest house, being in a high-rise building, offers spacious and open areas with a great sense of openness. On clear days, you can see Seoul's skyline including Lotte Tower and Namsan Tower through the large windows, and enjoy beautiful night views in the evening. A retired high school teacher husband in his 60s and his wife, who loves Korean cuisine, will warmly welcome you.

**Accommodation**
Located in a very convenient transportation area directly connected to Line 6 Wolgok Station.
This is one room in a beautiful apartment on the 16th floor of the CoopStarClass building, a landmark of Seongbuk-gu.
We use 2 rooms as guest rooms, and this is one of them.
It's beautiful and comfortable.

**Guest-Accessible Spaces/Facilities**
There's a small living room between the guest rooms.
It has a 3-person sofa and a small table.

On top of a pretty display cabinet, we have a microwave, coffee maker, ramen cooker, and hair dryer prepared for you.
You're welcome to use them freely at no charge.
