🏡 Stay Joy — A spacious, entire private house in downtown Seoul.
Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Blue House are just a 5-10 minute walk away. Located on flat terrain with no hills, making it easy to get around, and taxis can pull right up to the front door. Perfect for families of all ages, from children to elderly guests, making it ideal for family gatherings and group trips.
The most comfortable capacity is 8-14 people, and we welcome up to a maximum of 17 people.
🏡 Accommodation Layout
• One entire building for one group — no sharing with other guests.
• Two independent sections with separate entrances (each section has 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom). The two sections are not connected internally; you go in and out through separate doors about 5 steps apart.
• Perfect layout for two families or small groups to have their own privacy and bathrooms while staying together.
• The entire space is booked as one reservation (not as separate section bookings).
🛏️ You have full access to the entire house.
• 6 bedrooms · 15 beds · 2 bathrooms (1 per section) — with separate bathrooms for each section, there's no congestion in the mornings.
• Kitchen, living room and dining area (shared by the group), washing machine and dryer, heating and cooling, TV, refrigerator, microwave, towels, and basic amenities.
• Light cooking is possible.
※There is no dedicated parking lot. Nearby parking information will be provided upon prior inquiry. (Free parking)
