Unfortunately, dedicated parking is not available.

1. No Entry for Non-Registered Guests
Entry is based on the number of people staying, not the number of visitors. Please make your reservation according to the number of people, and if additional guests are confirmed, additional payment through the platform will be required.

2. Security Facilities
24-hour entrance CCTV is in operation. There are no cameras inside, so please rest assured. This is a safety measure for guests.

3. Shoes
In Korea, shoes are removed when entering indoors. If you enter with shoes on and the space becomes soiled, a cleaning fee may be charged. Please wear the provided indoor slippers while inside. *Slippers are for indoor use only and cannot be worn when going outside.

4. Digital Door Lock
There are 2 door locks each at the main entrance and front door. Upon booking confirmation, the password will be sent via text before check-in. For safety, please make sure the doors are properly locked before and after going out.

5. No Pets Allowed
Pets cannot be brought due to allergies and hygiene concerns.

6. No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors, in bathrooms, in the yard, and other areas.

7. Pest Control
Regular pest control and cleaning management are conducted. However, small insects may occasionally appear, and insect repellent spray is provided in the accommodation.

8. Noise
Although this is a standalone house, please refrain from activities that may cause noise, such as parties, from 21:00 in the evening until 8:00 in the morning to avoid disturbing nearby residents.
