1. No Entry for Non-Registered Guests
Entry is based on the number of people staying, not the number of visitors. Please make your reservation according to the number of people, and if additional guests are confirmed, additional payment through the platform will be required.
2. Security Facilities
24-hour entrance CCTV is in operation. There are no cameras inside, so please rest assured. This is a safety measure for guests.
3. Shoes
In Korea, shoes are removed when entering indoors. If you enter with shoes on and the space becomes soiled, a cleaning fee may be charged. Please wear the provided indoor slippers while inside. *Slippers are for indoor use only and cannot be worn when going outside.
4. Digital Door Lock
There are 2 door locks each at the main entrance and front door. Upon booking confirmation, the password will be sent via text before check-in. For safety, please make sure the doors are properly locked before and after going out.
5. No Pets Allowed
Pets cannot be brought due to allergies and hygiene concerns.
6. No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors, in bathrooms, in the yard, and other areas.
7. Pest Control
Regular pest control and cleaning management are conducted. However, small insects may occasionally appear, and insect repellent spray is provided in the accommodation.
8. Noise
Although this is a standalone house, please refrain from activities that may cause noise, such as parties, from 21:00 in the evening until 8:00 in the morning to avoid disturbing nearby residents.

The accommodation, which allows use of both the 1st and 2nd floors, was spacious and clean. It was an elegant space where you could feel the host's aesthetic sense throughout. The bedding and towels were impeccably clean and generously provided. The quality of bathroom amenities (shampoo, body cleanser, conditioner, etc.) exceeded expectations. The internet environment was also excellent, making it suitable for work. Near the accommodation, there are 24-hour convenience stores, a large Olive Young, Lotte Mall, Starfield, and more. The Rodeo Street area near Yeonsinne Station has many attractions and delicious restaurants, making it great for enjoying the vibrant neighborhood late into the night. In particular, Yeonseo Market, a traditional market near Yeonsinne Station, was enjoyable to explore. When checking out and leaving, I could quickly reach Seoul Station via GTX, so transportation was very convenient. During my stay, the host's prompt responses ensured a comfortable experience. I sincerely thank the host for being so thoughtful and considerate toward guests.
The accommodation is very clean with spacious rooms, perfect for multiple guests. The host is very thoughtful and responds promptly to my questions on Airbnb. Thank you to the host for providing such a well-prepared accommodation for our trip. The laundry balls, plenty of clean towels, clean washing machine, dryer, and cooking apron are all provided and well-stocked...
Thank you again to the hosts , for their care and responsiveness 🙏🏻. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, brand new and remains quiet, knowing that the neighborhood has active life. There are many local restaurants in the area. The kitchen is convenient and spacious👍🏻. Maybe adding some more utensils could be practical. Washing machine and dryer are big and very clean. The second floor is beautiful😍. Little design details in some corners give it a special touch. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. Bed is comfortable and big! Amenities and towels are good. Unfortunately we couldn’t prolong our stay. Definitely we recommend the apartment!

We prefer bed-lining that has been washed a few times (changes the quality).
The security alarm light on the ceiling was uncomfortable at night.
The host quickly checked messages and responded, which made my stay very convenient, and I appreciated the kind service. The accommodation was kept clean, and it had almost all the necessary items, so I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. The traditional decoration collection was beautiful.
Most importantly, the convenience store was very close by, and there were many amenities within walking distance, including a large Olive Young and various restaurants, so the location was really great. It was a convenient location for sightseeing, so I had no difficulty getting around. It was a comfortable and satisfying stay!

4. 디지털 도어락
대문과 현관 각각 도어락이 2개가 있습니다. 예약 확정시 체크인 전에 문자로 비밀번호를 안내드립니다. 안전을 위해 외출전과 후에 문이 제대로 잠겼는지 꼭 확인해주시길 바랍니다.
5. 반려동물 출입 금지
알레르기 및 위생문제로 인해 동반이 불가합니다.
6. 흡연 금지
실내 및 화장실, 마당 등에서 흡연은 금지됩니다.
7. 방역
정기 방역과 청결 관리를 실시하고 있습니다. 다만, 작은 벌레가 간혹 나타날수 있으며 숙소 내에 벌레 퇴치 스프레이를 비치하고 있습니다.
8. 소음
단독주택이지만 인근주택의 주민들에게 피해가 가지 않도록, 저녁 21:00 이후부터 아침 8:00까지 파티와 같이 소음이 발생할 수 있는 행위를 자제해주시기 바랍니다.
