The location of the property and overall satisfaction were high. Although construction was in progress in front, I was able to endure it to some extent.

However, it was very inconvenient to have a ready-mixed concrete vehicle come twice a week and pour out cement in front of the house all day. It was almost impossible to get in and out during the process, and if you check the CCTV, you will be able to clearly see the facts. There were also repeated instances of construction workers sitting on the left side of the front door of the property and smoking cigarettes. I was very uncomfortable and anxious in terms of safety and hygiene when I had to move with my child.

Difficulties in entering vehicles, the increase in construction vehicles, and the fact that no ventilation was possible due to dust were also major problems. Ventilation was essential, especially since there was a child, but it was virtually impossible.

Above all, it was difficult to move to another accommodation because the family was only notified of this situation on the day of check-in. He offered an apology, but since the situation had already arisen, it was not a real alternative. We have also sought advice from customer service regarding this issue.
